HOW LONG WILL MY STATIONERY ORDER TAKE?
You should allow approximately 4-8 weeks from start to finish for your stationery. Time is dependent on the amount of stationery pieces and any extra print processes. If an order is urgent, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. For bespoke designs the turnaround time is a bit longer at approximately 6-12 weeks, please see the bespoke design page for more information.
SHOULD I ORDER ALL MY STATIONERY ITEMS TOGETHER?
Many couples order their Save The Dates before any other items to make sure their guests have plenty of time to plan for the wedding. Usually the main items such as the Invitation, RSVP and any Info Cards are ordered together as they are sent together. On the day items like a Seating Chart, Place Cards and Menus can be organised nearer the time once you have finalised guests details. We can include everything in the initial order and design but stagger the print times to be most convenient for you.
CAN I CHOOSE THE PAPER AND ENVELOPES?
Yes you can! The standard paper stock is a quality thick (300gsm) stock. It is available in white or off-white and either smooth or with a felt texture. Other colours are available for an additional cost.
Envelopes are included with all Save The Dates, Invitations, RSVPs and Thank You cards to match the size of the product in white (smooth or textured) or brown Kraft. Coloured and metallic envelopes are available for most sizes at an extra cost.
Envelope liners are a great and cost effective way to add something extra to your stationery – especially if you want to include metallics or patterns.
HOW ABOUT SPECIAL PRINT PROCESSES?
Extra finishing options are available and are quoted individually depending on sizes and quantities.
Letterpress is stunning print process to add something extra special to your wedding suite. Letterpress printing creates an imprint of the design into paper, making it a beautiful and tactile final product.
Foiling can be added to the whole design or sections of it; the process uses a foil on top of the paper which is pressed on, making it stand out – especially in shiny metallics such as gold, silver and copper.
I’D LIKE GUEST NAMES PRINTED ON MY INVITATIONS…
If you’d like printed guest names on any of your stationery, this can be added at order stage. An excel spreadsheet will be provided for all information.
…AND ADDRESSES PRINTED ON MY ENVELOPES?
Delivery and return addresses can be printed on envelopes at an additional cost. Address labels can also be used if preferred. Rubber return address stamps are available for a more rustic look and are a lovely wedding keepsake that can also be used in the future.
IS THERE A MINUMUM ORDER?
Yes, due to print setup costs there is a minimum order of 40 for individual stationery items.
Orders within Australia are shipped via Express Post for a flat rate of $15 with a tracking number that will be provided. International orders will be sent via Airmail – or I am happy to work with you and provide digital files that you can send to your chosen local printer.

By submitting full or partial payment, you [CLIENT] agree to the following terms of service:
Refunds & Returns:
Due to the personalisation of wedding stationery, printed orders cannot be returned or refunded. If the client needs to cancel an order during design stage, a refund can be given for any work that has not yet been completed. Please consider all terms before ordering or ask questions beforehand.
Proofing & Printing:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all informataion provided is correct at time of proofing, including but not limited to, wording, spelling, colours and design. Written approval in the form of a signature will be required before being sent to print. Erin Short is not responsible for any mistakes found after printing and no refunds or free re-prints will be offered for mistakes or typos overlooked by the client.. Cient acknowledges that colours may appear differently on screen to the final printed product and is advised to order a printed colour guide to assess colour choices.
Prices & Payment:
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Payments can be made securely via this website with credit cards or Paypal. Full payment is required for pre-designed stationery before the order is processed. 50% deposit is required for bespoke designs before work commences, with the final payment at proofing stage before the order is sent to print. Prices are subject to change without notice. Extra processes including letterpress, foiling, printed names, envelope liners and return address stamps are not included and will be invoiced via email after discussion with client.

All designs found on this website are copyright of Erin Short, including design, layout and concept. Any redistribution or reproduction is not allowed. If you would like to feature designs on blogs, magazines or other outlets, please contact email@example.com before doing so. Draft and proof images are Erin Short retains ownership of the copyrights to the orginal artwork and design files and reserves the right to display completed projects on this website or Short & Sweet social media channels. The client will be notified and personal details will not be included – nothing will be shared until after intended use.
Client agrees that he/she shall not hold Erin Short liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from Erin Short’s failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions by Erin Short or a third party.
